Hello Jacqueline O

This month we welcomed Jacqueline Oakley as the new Office Manager.

Originally from the west coast of Scotland, Jacqueline has lived in London for nearly 30 years. She began her career in the public sector working for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office Consular Directorate, looking after the interests of Brits overseas. She has also worked for the Government Hospitality Fund organising programmes for visiting Heads of State, and she has done a brief spell in the MoD.

In the late 90s she joined the Atlantic Philanthropies, a private global Grant-giving foundation as Office Manager, only leaving after many years to have children. She returned to work on a voluntary basis as a Branch Secretary for SSAFA before joining the Royal British Legion as an Overseas Case Officer, managing and training overseas volunteers and assessing the needs of Veterans.

Jac (as she likes to be known) has already settled in really well and will be a real asset to the team.
