The AGM gives the Chairman the opportunity to inform Members of the Society’s activities for the past year and what the aims are for the coming year. The AGM also takes in the statutory business e.g. Report & Accounts and election of Council Members. It is also an occasion when Members can discuss matters face to face with Council Members and the Executive.
